Celebrating Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, we are proud to shine a spotlight on the team at the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA). Our all-female staff is a stellar example of leadership, innovation, and community passion. Every member of our team brings a unique story, a wealth of expertise, and a commitment to excellence that enriches our downtown district in immeasurable ways.

Teneka James-Feaman (Executive Director):

Since joining the DDA in November 2007, Teneka has exemplified dedication and visionary leadership, seamlessly rising through the ranks with grace and purpose. Her natural progression to the role of Executive Director in June 2024 is a testament to her unwavering commitment to community building and downtown vibrancy. With a background in community events, marketing, and business development—complemented by academic achievements from the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University—Teneka’s journey reflects both her deep passion and strategic insight. Teneka serves as a board member of the Friends of the Library for the West Palm Beach Mandel Public Library, Florida Downtowns, Inc and International Downtown Association. Now at the helm of the DDA, as well as the Executive Director of the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District, her leadership continues to inspire transformative initiatives that uplift DowntownWPB and foster a thriving, connected community.

Samantha Moore (Director of Administration): Promoted in 2025 from a role that began in January 2017 as an Administrative Assistant, Samantha’s journey through the DDA has been defined by her steadfast commitment to operational excellence and team support. Previously serving as Office Manager, she now oversees all administrative processes that keep our organization running smoothly. With nearly 15 years of experience in customer service and employee relations, Samantha is passionate about creating a supportive environment for both our staff and the DowntownWPB community. When not ensuring operational harmony, she enjoys quality time with her family, nurturing her growing succulent garden, and unwinding with a great book by the beach.

Tiffany FaublasTiffany Faublas (Marketing Director): Bringing over 15 years of expertise in marketing, branding, and public relations, Tiffany has been an integral leader at the DDA since 2013. She has led dynamic campaigns and landmark events like Black Art Matters to create engaging experiences for the downtown community, and she serves as the central hub for all DDA communications—ensuring that every message, campaign, and initiative is consistently crafted and delivered with precision and authenticity. A Master of Business Administration graduate from the University of Central Florida and a 2018 IDA Emerging Leadership Fellow, Tiffany also shares her insights at major industry conferences. Her active participation on the South Florida Fair Board of Directors, along with other professional committees, and as a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. enriches her perspective, making her not just a strategist but also a passionate advocate for community engagement. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tiffany delights in exploring the culinary scene, finds joy in journaling, and cherishes moments with her beloved dog, Benji.

Sherryl Muriente (Public Realm Director): With over 20 years of experience in urban acupuncture, public art, and community-driven design, Sherryl has redefined placemaking since joining the DDA in 2017. As Public Realm Director, she collaborates with communities to enhance public spaces through strategic programming and physical improvements. In her role, she has spearheaded initiatives such as Dining on the Spot, Trojan Rocking Horses, and the Fern Street Chess Park, breathing new life into our public spaces. Previously as Creative Director of LeJobart allowed her to curate impressive large-scale public art projects like CityZen Garden and C’est la Via, alongside community-led interventions, alleyway restorations, and parklet designs. As an educator and a thought leader, Sherryl also leads placemaking workshops at the International Downtown Association (IDA) annual conference and serves on its Education Committee. She is a Leader in Place Management (LPM) Certified professional and a 2020 IDA Emerging Leadership Fellow. Locally, she serves on the Palm Beach County’s Art in Public Places Committee and the Transportation Planning Agency’s Citizens Advisory Committee, shaping places while connecting communities. Sherryl holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University.

Catherine Ast (District Services Manager):

Catherine’s career began in pharmacy management, where her journey was marked by rapid professional growth as she distinguished herself as an operations leader excelling in building relationships and managing teams. Bringing that wealth of experience to the DDA when she joined in January 2011, she has since transitioned into urban services with remarkable skills. Now serving as District Services Manager, Catherine oversees downtown cleanliness, safety programs, landscaping, and ambassador initiatives. Her certification in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) further underscores her strategic approach to creating a safe, welcoming environment. A fourth-generation Floridian with deep city roots, Catherine cherishes family time, her love for animals, and spirited support for her Florida State Seminoles.

Sabrina LoloSabrina Lolo Webb (Marketing Coordinator): Since joining the DDA in September 2021, Sabrina has delivered quality digital content for our social media platforms and email communications, capturing the energy and essence of DowntownWPB. Drawing on her experience as a Digital Content Producer at WPEC CBS12 News, she combines thoughtful content creation with active support in event coordination, ensuring that our digital narratives align with our community initiatives. A proud graduate of Eckerd College and a former NCAA Division II athlete — even representing Team USA in Australia with USA Athletes International — Sabrina brings a spirited, energetic perspective to every project. When she’s not showcasing all things DowntownWPB, you can find her at the beach, biking, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or exploring new destinations. Since joining the DDA in 2023, her background—from roles as General Manager at Fitness Hub Studios to Guest Relations Manager at the Ben Hotel—has significantly contributed to enriching our downtown experiences. With an infectious positivity and a proactive approach, Krystal plays a key role in enhancing the ambiance and functionality of our public spaces, ensuring that every event and initiative resonates with community spirit. A familiar and valued presence at nearly every placemaking event, she works hand in hand with our ambassadors and vendors to create memorable and engaging experiences for the community.

Marley Angervil (Office Manager): Marley is the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations, bringing over a decade of experience in customer service, account management, and administrative support. Her career includes notable tenures at Tire Kingdom TBC in their corporate office and TMS Health Pharmaceuticals as an Inside Sales Manager. Marley also excelled as an Office Coordinator for the City of Riviera Beach Utilities, where she honed her skills in managing fast-paced government operations. Known for her exceptional organizational abilities, Marley creates efficient workflows and fosters a positive, collaborative atmosphere. Outside of work, she actively participates in her local community, enjoys gardening, being an active member of her church, and cherishes quality time with her daughter.
