512 Clematis Construction:

Southbound Quadrille Plaza Drive will be closed from Clematis Street to the Alleyway, with a potential reopening scheduled for early November 2024.
Quadrille Plaza Drive will be completely closed from Clematis Street to the Alleyway on Monday, August 26 and Tuesday, September 3.
UPCOMING: The 500 Block of Clematis Street will be completely closed in front of the 512 building due to Utility tie-ins on Clematis Street. The north sidewalk will remain open.

Other Road Closures:

There will be intermittent lane and sidewalk closures the week of August 26-August 30 on Fern Street from Olive Avenue east to Flagler Drive and on Flagler Drive from Fern Street to North Clematis Street due to underground fiber installation.
The east sidewalk on Olive Avenue between Banyan Boulevard and Clematis Street will be closed this week due to alleyway construction.
