Step into an evening designed for renewal. The New Moon Experience is a soulful, open-air gathering where yoga, sound healing, breathwork, and silent disco come together to help you reset, reflect, and reconnect. As the sun melts into the waterfront, you’ll move, breathe, and dance your way into intention surrounded by the energy of Downtown West Palm Beach. 

Come solo, bring a friend, or meet someone new. Whether you want to stretch, dance, relax, or simply be present, this experience meets you exactly where you are.

What’s Included

This is a relaxed, welcoming environment designed to help you unplug and be present.

Your registration includes: 

  • Silent disco headphones 
  • Guided wellness programming throughout the evening 
  • Space for movement, reflection, and connection 

Schedule

5:10–5:25 p.m. Tea & Cacao Ritual

A calming opening ritual to settle in and prepare for the evening. 

 

 5:25–5:40 p.m. Intention Setting & Breath Activation with Chad Carpenter

 Grounding breathwork focused on clarity, focus, and new year intentions. 

 

 5:40–6:15 p.m. Mindful Movement with Posey

 Gentle yoga and guided stretches suitable for all levels. 

 

 6:15–7 p.m. Ecstatic Dance / Silent Disco with JennAyni

 Free-form movement using silent disco headphones. Dance your way, at your pace, under the stars. 

 

7–7:15 p.m. Sound Bath & Letting Go Ritual

Sound healing paired with guided release, affirmations, and chanting. 

 

7:30–8 p.m. Post-Mingle

Stay, connect, and enjoy the energy of the space before heading out. 


What To Wear

Comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation


What To Bring?

  • Water for hydration. 
  • Yoga mat or blanket 
  • Journal and pen (if not provided) 
  • Optional items: 
    • Cushion or bolster for comfort 
    • Small personal item (crystal, token, etc.) for intention-setting

Street parking is available. Closest parking garage is located at 200 Banyan Blvd.
