September 12th, 2025
From vibrant salads to hand-pressed juices, here’s where to recharge after a workout.
You’ve just crushed a tough workout and you’re feeling accomplished, energized, and probably a little hungry. Fortunately, Downtown West Palm Beach is not only full of fantastic restaurants and tempting happy hours, but the area is also packed with great options that cater to a fitness-focused lifestyle. Whether you’re craving a protein-packed smoothie, a fresh acai bowl, or a nutrient-dense salad, we’ve scouted the best spots in the heart of West Palm Beach to help you recover right.

Meraki Juice Kitchen – 328 Fern Street
The family-owned Meraki Juice Kitchen was founded on the mission of providing guests with healthy food alternatives and plant-based cuisine. The modern juice cafe is known for its homemade pressed juices and smoothies but also offers a variety of comfort dishes with a healthy twist. If you’re craving a feel-good dish, try the mac and cheese made with quinoa pasta or the stacked nachos topped with cashew cheese. Their bowls are also not to be missed: the coconut curry bowl and Mexican grain bowl are both hearty, post-workout meals.
Where to work out: Reforming Pilates (303 Gardenia Street) is a newer addition to Downtown West Palm Beach. Opened in late 2024, the studio is less than a five-minute walk from Meraki Juice Kitchen and offers a full-body workout using spring-resistant Pilates machines to build core strength and flexibility.

Field of Greens – 412 Clematis Street
The atmosphere at Field of Greens is immediately welcoming, designed to feel like a friend’s living room. The homey vibe is created by long, communal dining tables, a chandelier, and tall windows framed by earth-toned curtains. The health-conscious restaurant offers an all-day menu featuring a generous selection of salads, wraps, and soups. The salad options include both gluten-free and vegan options like the flavorful Asian Quinoa Salad. For hearty vegan options, the menu also features a classic split pea soup and a flavorful chili. If you’re on the go, the restaurant’s F.O.G. signature cold-pressed juice is made with a refreshing blend of spinach, kale, cucumber, apple, celery, lemon, and ginger.
Where to work out: Just steps from Field of Greens, Fitness Hub Studios (312 Clematis Street) keeps your workout from getting boring by offering over 100 classes a week. You can mix up your routine with a wide variety of options, including Zumba, yoga, indoor cycling, barre, and mat Pilates.

Crema – 216 Clematis Street
Offering gourmet coffee served in a sleek space, Crema has already become a local favorite. The trendy coffee shop greets visitors with a neon “All Day Every Day” sign, which may be a fitting motto for a place you’ll want to visit just as often. Either way, you’re in the right place for your post-workout refuel. Crema offers a wide variety of hot and cold coffee options, as well as matcha lattes, fruit smoothies, and protein shakes. When it comes to food, there’s a delicious selection of healthy forward options like beet salad, smoked salmon sandwiches, and chicken mushroom penne pasta.
