Blue Mountain Coffee

This popular coffee house opened its doors in 2020 and exclusively serves 100% Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. Their beans are renowned for being grown in world’s highest mountain. Enjoy the rich aroma and smooth delicate taste during breakfast or lunch; with homemade delights available every day as well. Originally from St. Andrew’s Parish in Jamaica, owner Allison Boettcher is always there to greet guests. Boettcher brings the passion of her homeland’s food to this unique spot.

FIWE Caribbean Cuisine

Although FIWE is fairly new to Downtown West Palm Beach, the restaurant’s chef and owner, Shari Kedar McCalla Bedasee from Jamaica, has over 10 years of experience cooking Caribbean cuisines. The restaurant was established in 2006 in Orlando, Florida and brought the taste of the Caribbean to the downtown district in 2020. FIWE offers catering services, as well as online ordering and curbside pickup. 

Fun Fact FIWE stands for Finest In West-Indian Eatery. 

Ingenue Palm Beach

A modern boutique with curated collections of bridal and social occasion by artisans and designers, Ingenue Palm Beach has everything from the latest bridal fashion to formal gowns to chic cocktail numbers that’s sure to turn heads. Originally from Ecuador, owner Cristina Marulanda has always had a passion for fashion, and has brought her elegant style to DowntownWPB!

 

Ivette Gil Beauty Design
269 Banyan Boulevard
Known for her flair for fashion and expertise in bringing runway looks to life, Ivette has solidified her position as a go-to artist in the industry. Her exceptional work has graced the pages of prestigious publications such as Allure, Marie Claire, and Paper Magazine. Recently, Ivette received accolades in Elegant Bride as the “best bridal makeup/hair stylist in South Florida,” further cementing her reputation for excellence.

 

Johan’s Joe Swedish Restaurant
401 S. Dixie Highway, #3

This DowntownWPB staple is known for its coffee, which is made from the award-winning Löfbergs Lila Swedish Coffee Roasters, as well as their delicious in-house baked goods. Laura Klintberg, who currently owns Johan’s with husband Matti Klintberg, started off as a part-time barista at Johan’s for the original owners and quickly advanced to a management position before eventually taking over as owner.

Kismet Vintage

Founded in 2008 by Aly Gore and partner Liam Milano, Kismet Vintage is a funky vintage and designer store that specializes in traffic-stopping, eye-catching, interesting, and engaging pieces.

 

Lara Beauty

The family-owned beauty salon offers services such as facials, body treatments, micropigmentation, waxing, eyelashes, and more. Lara House of Beauty prides themselves on providing a complete and personalized experience that leaves guests looking and feeling their very best!

 

Mandel Public Library

Located in the heart of DowntownWPB, the Mandel Public Library has four uniquely designed floors and is home to books, programs, and more for both young and old. Lisa Hathaway, who served as the Library Director in 2020, began her tenure at the Library in May 2004 as the Children’s Librarian. Many of the Library’s successes – including the Homework Help Program, Social Media Committee, and Free Summer Lunch Program — can be accredited to Hathaway.

 

Palm Beach Dramaworks

Palm Beach Dramaworks is a professional nonprofit theatre company that engages, entertains, and educates audiences with provocative and timeless productions. It was founded in 2000 by Sue Ellen Beryl, the managing director, and her husband Bill Hayes, the artistic director. Their shared leadership and love of theater have driven Palm Beach Dramaworks for more than 20 seasons.

 

PATHOS

PATHOS is a creative intelligence firm that focuses on enterprise innovation marketing with the goal of connecting minds to build brands. Ann Savage, CEO and co-founder of PATHOS, helped start the company in 1991 and rebranded it in 2018 after moving to Clematis Street.

Pioneer Linens is a family-owned company that has been operating since 1912. Penny Murphy, along with her daughters Marissa and Camille, leads the company, which was founded by her grandfather Max Greenberg.

 

Quest Workspaces

Quest Workspaces, the largest woman-owned shared workspace in the U.S., was founded in 2010 by Laura Kozelouzek, a Florida-based developer and operator with more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality and flexible workspace industries.

 

Winston’s Nail & Facial Lounge

A modern nail salon providing an experience with equal parts of style and service, without skimping on the details. Popular services include nails, facials, blowouts, lash extensions, and waxing. Winston’s is open seven days a week and there you will see owner Letticia Hannighan greeting guests.
