SUMMARY:Mediterranean Mondays at Spruzzo
DESCRIPTION:Guests can transport their tastebuds without ever stepping foot on an international flight this summer. Spruzzo\, downtown’s only waterfront rooftop dining experience at The Ben West Palm\, invites guests to join Mediterranean Mondays at Spruzzo\, an eight-week tour of coastal Mediterranean flavors reminiscent of sophisticated beach clubs found by the shores of the Italian Riviera. \nEvery Monday\, Spruzzo’s all-day promotion will feature a rotating a la carte menu created by new Executive Chef Marc Rosen with countries including Spain\, Italy\, Croatia and more. \nHow it Works: Simply ask to participate in the Mediterranean Mondays menu upon arrival. From there\, Spruzzo’s team will present a custom-made “Passport Book” with eight designated regions and countries’ flags embossed on that page with space for guests to document food and drink tasting notes (and inspire that next culinary trip abroad). \nEach week\, guests are encouraged to bring the passport and collect stamps. Guests who attend the entire eight-week tour will receive a complimentary rooftop cabana rental with a $150 F&B gift card and bottle of champagne\, while guests that attend at least four weeks will receive a $75 F&B gift card to use at Spruzzo through December 31. Guests must order at least two items per week from the menu (I.e. a small plate and cocktail\, or entree and glass of wine). \nPrice: Pricing will vary from week to week (averaging $70-100 per person total). Spruzzo’s Mediterranean Mondays a la carte menu includes a small plate or appetizer\, an entree\, and dessert\, as well as one specialty cocktail or glass or wine to pair with each week’s destination’s menu. \nWhen: Mediterranean Mondays’ rotating menu is available from 11am-10:45pm every Monday at Spruzzo (251 N.
