Create art and memories together this Father’s Day weekend. Uptown Art is offering special paint and sip classes with beer, wine and wine-based cocktails available from their Hops & Vines Bar. Guests are also permitted to sip on a BYOB basis with a corkage fee and must check their bottle at the bar upon arrival. The paint and sip classes start at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16. Each class will last between 2.5 and 3 hours. Those who join Saturday’s class will be painting a whale’s tale and Sunday’s class will be painting a boat. These classes will be taught on a 16 x 20 canvas, but participants may upgrade to a wood pallet for $10 at the door.
