We are committed to helping one another and standing against racism and prejudice.

Each session will begin with a sound bath to help release stress and find peace in the moment. Presenters will deliver tools participants can use in their daily lives then lead into an open discussion for everyone to have an opportunity to share.

Week One: How to Ground Yourself & Release Stress

This session is closed.

High levels of stress can put your entire well-being at risk. Grounding yourself brings your attention to the here and now and makes you feel truly present.

Week Two: Developing and Practicing Compassion & Empathy for Others

This session is closed.

While they are both closely related, compassion creates a desire to help others and empathy is the desire to understand other people’s emotions. Learn how to practice compassion daily and ways to cultivate empathy.

Week Three: How to Build & Connect With Others

This session is closed.

The relationships we have with our coworkers, the communities we serve, and even our adversaries are the means for achieving our goals. Learn how to work together.

Week Four: Let’s Work Together!

We are all learning together as a community. During this session participants will create actionable steps to support the Black community.
