Bistro Ten Zero One (1001 Okeechobee Blvd,  West Palm Beach) continues their monthly wine dinner series with a dinner on Thurs., June 9 at 7 p.m. So, gather up your food and wine-loving friends and join us, as we celebrate the best of the season. Chef Christian will use local, farm-fresh ingredients – with many coming from Bistro’s onsite garden — to present a delectable 4-course menu. Howard Freedland of Bulletproof Wine & Spirits will pair each course with a matching wine and walk the group through the tasting. The event will begin with a sparkling reception at 7 p.m. followed by the sit down dinner. Cost is $50, plus tax and gratuity or $62.55. Tickets must be purchased by the end of the day on Tues., June 7.
