The 4th of July is just around the corner, and there’s no better place to celebrate Independence Day in The Palm Beaches than in DowntownWPB!  

4th of July Weekend Bar Crawl 

Get ready to visit five different locations in Downtown West Palm Beach on Friday, July 1! From 9 p.m. – 1 a.m., enjoy a free shot from Myers Lounge, 335 Speakeasy, Roxy’s Rooftop and Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, then head to the afterparty at Banko Cantina. 4th On Flagler 

One of the largest Independence Day events in South Florida is returning to the Waterfront (along Flagler Drive between Banyan Boulevard and Fern Street) on Monday, July 4, from 6 – 10 p.m.! 

Activities include live entertainment, the Bill Bone 5K, the Palm Beach Health Network Family Chill Zone, a Military Honor Salute, and refreshments for purchase. An 18-minute fireworks show is scheduled to ignite at 9:09 p.m., weather permitting, over the Intracoastal!

Celebrations at The Ben West Palm – Autograph Collection 

For the first time, The Ben Hotel is hosting a drive-in boutique car show on the front lawn! From 6-10 p.m., The Ben invites up to 40 cars to park on the lawn with front row seats to the 4th on Flagler fireworks show, beginning at 9:09 p.m. This is a free public event produced by Supercar Week Inc. that only requires a fee to register a vehicle. 

Proper Grit, the hotel’s indoor restaurant led by new Executive Chef Marc Rosen, will offer $100 bottles of Veuve Clicquot with White Chocolate M&M Popcorn to enjoy! Plus, the full menu of contemporary American food will be available to-go and hand-delivered to individual cars. The main dining room will be open for dinner and offer a complimentary bottle of Sea Sun wine by Caymus with the purchase of two entrees. 

Spruzzo, DowntownWPB’s only rooftop waterfront restaurant, has partnered with Veuve Clicquot and will be offering several fireworks viewing options with live music by DJ Kristian Caro from 5:30–11:30 p.m.! VIP poolside cabana and table reservations begin at 5:30 p.m. and range from $75-$325 per person (and include prepaid food and beverage minimums and 20% gratuity). Cocktail attire encouraged. Reservations are required and can be made online. 

Independence Day Celebration at Pistache French Bistro  

Enjoy an evening of American BBQ favorites and a view of the 4th of Flagler fireworks display at Pistache French Bistro! Located at 101 N. Juneteenth (June 19) commemorates the day the announcement of the abolition of slavery was made in Texas in 1865. This weekend, celebrate and honor African American culture through the arts, history, entertainment, and more! 

1. Celebration For All! Rohi’s Readery’s One-Year Anniversary (June 18-19): Rohi Readery, the country’ first-ever social justice driven bookstore and The Square are hosting a two-day diversity and family celebration on Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19. Rohi’s Readery will also be celebrating their one-year anniversary. From 10 a.m.-7 p.m., attendees can enjoy eclectic culinary pop-ups, an array of local Black-owned businesses, live musical performances and more! 2. Juneteenth Family Celebration Day (Norton Museum of Art): Bring your family and friends to the Norton Museum of Art on Saturday, June 18 for the Juneteenth Family Celebration Day! 3. Juneteenth Freedom Day of Celebration (500 Block): Head to the 500 Block on Saturday, June 18 from 3-11 p.m. for a Juneteenth celebration filled with music, food, arts and more! The event is for all ages and FREE to attend. Click Here for the full schedule of events.
