Fun For All Ages In DowntownWPB

There is fun for everyone in Downtown West Palm Beach! When you’re looking for a fun way to spend the day with the little ones, plan a day full of excitement and yummy treats too!

Start your day at the Mandel Public Library. The library in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach is anything but boring. There are always new and fun ways to learn and play! Visit the KidSpace, a dedicated area just for children and their families to read. Find great virtual resources, classes, programs and so much more.

Make your way down two blocks and have dinner at Duffy’s Sports Grill. At Duffy’s kids eat for free all day every Wednesday when ordering from the kids’ menu! 12 and under with adult meal purchase. Each free meal comes with the purchase of an adult meal. Fill your tummies with classic American dishes including Mac N’ Cheese, Burgers, Chicken Tenders, and more. Dine-in only.

After dinner head down to the Meyer Amphitheatre for Screen On The Green held on the second Friday of the month. Bring your crew for family-friendly movies featuring both classic films and newer flicks while overlooking the spectacular waterfront in Downtown West Palm Beach. Watch as Screen on the Green transforms the Meyer Amphitheatre lawn into a theater under the stars.

Finish your day at Sloan’s Ice Cream where “fantasy becomes reality”. Sloan’s goal is to create an ice cream utopia for the young and young at heart. As soon as you walk into the little pink building you become immersed in a wonderfully colorful and tasty ambiance. Stop in to end your day with a dessert of your child’s dreams!
