American Craft Aleworks – 200 Clematis Street

The newest spot to join DowntownWPB officially opens on May 17. The Prohibition-era themed bar and restaurant offers and extensive menu and 50+ beer options ranging from fruity flavors like the Mango Deco Berliner Weisse and “G-Force” German tart ale (made with guava and grapefruit) to savory flavors like the Salted Caramel Milk Stout.

Butcher Shop Beer Garden & Grill – 209 6th Street

After joining DowntownWPB 2 years ago, its addition has made our downtown more flavorful and unique. The building, once owned by Curtiss Wright Corp. to assemble seaplanes, still strongly resembles the airplane hangar it once was. Now the location is utilized as a butcher shop, beer garden, and restaurant.

The Butcher Shop offers various Floridian-made beers and a substantial selection of European beers for great prices. You can grab those on draft [for just $4 during happy hour every Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Grease Burger Bar – 213 Clematis Street

Grease keeps it classic with their bourbon, burgers and craft beer. With a dive bar feel, this location carries 120 craft beers. West Palm Brewery & Wine Vault – 332 Evernia Street

“Always small. Always local. Always craft.” That’s the motto on the West Palm Brewery’s website and it fully sums up what makes this local spot so special. Craft beer is their specialty and they are brewed on site. This year they were awarded a Gold Medal and in the Best Florida Beer Competition for their Five Six One Hefeweizen.

This brewery is also not only pet-friendly, but pet-inviting. During their yappy hour, every Tuesday at 4 p.m., they offer dog owners 15% off their tab when accompanied by a furry friend.
