This popular coffee house opened its doors in 2020 and exclusively serves 100% Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. Their beans are renowned for being grown world’s highest mountain. Enjoy the rich aroma and smooth delicate taste during breakfast or lunch with homemade delights available every day as well. Owner Allison Boettcher is always there to greet guests. Originally from St. Andrew’s Parish, a Jamaican town that claims home to a stretch of the Blue Mountain range. Boettcher brings the passion of her homeland’s food to this unique spot.

Founded in 2011, Ganache Bakery Café is one of Downtown West Palm Beach’s premier baking business. The team firmly believes in providing the highest quality baked products made from scratch from only the finest ingredients. Highlights from the menu includes signature key lime tarts, rum cake and custom-made cakes for any occasion. The bakery is run by husband-and-wife duo Jamal and Nishanee Lake, who both hail from the Caribbean. Jamal is popularly known for his feature on a Food Network Baking Championship.

Although FIWE is fairly new to Downtown West Palm Beach, the restaurant’s chef and owner, Shari Kedar McCalla Bedasee from Jamaica, has over 10 years of experience cooking Caribbean cuisines. The restaurant was established in 2006 in Orlando, Florida and brought the taste of the Caribbean to the downtown district in 2020. Attaining fresh ingredients is a top priority so they’re sourced from local farmers markets. FIWE offers catering services, as well as online ordering and curbside pickup. Elite Bookings is an event coordination company providing rental needs for baby showers to wedding receptions to church festivities and more. President and owner Yudelca Diaz started the company in 2000 in New York City and eventually opened an event space in 2013 which inspired young women to look beyond the social norms and create their own path in entrepreneurship.
After becoming a wife and mother, Yudelca decided to expand by opening a second location in Downtown West Palm Beach which launched Elite Bookings Florida Corporation in 2020. Her company aims to have round the clock costumer support, hassle free returns, and stress-free event space booking.
